Our Story
Aethera Home Care Services was born from the life experiences and heartfelt purpose of its founder, Kiran Arya, a dedicated nursing professional from the serene hills of Almora, Uttarakhand.
Her journey into healthcare began long before she earned her GNM Nursing degree in 2018 from the State College of Nursing, Dehradun — it began with a simple desire: to care for people with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Her professional path led her into the high-pressure corridors of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, where she spent two and a half years in the emergency department. It was here that she built strong clinical instincts, sharpened her decision-making, and discovered her natural ability to lead during critical situations.
Her commitment and capability led her to become the Emergency Nursing Officer at Arogyadham Hospital, where she served for a year, managing patients, guiding staff, and ensuring round-the-clock readiness. She later joined Max Hospital, further refining her expertise in critical care and patient management.
But even with all this experience, one insight continued to grow within her:
Patients heal better when they feel safe, comfortable, and emotionally supported — and no place provides that better than home.
This simple truth became the turning point of her journey.
After completing her hospital service, Kiran chose to bring her skills, empathy, and clinical excellence directly to people’s homes. She began offering home care services, providing the same standard of care she once delivered in emergency rooms, but now with a personal, human touch that families deeply appreciated.
